DANCING CAN GET YOU OFF STRESS..




I'm not a good Dancer at all,let's start it that way,but whenever I feel bad,out of a good mood,when Im completely out of control..It's usually my behavior to just turn the music on and let it make me..Some rough Loud music,or some jumping tune would always help me get my mood straight,It helps forget about things for a while,though I know later Im gonna have to face it,but I can be assured that the pain would not be as much as before..Sometimes its just fun to get over your stresses by letting your body move freely,closing your eyes and doing it like its the last time..Dancing surely works..
